Love how many of Bakura’s weird character traits are just because Takahashi forgot stuff. Amane probably wasn’t intended to be dead but Takahashi decided later that she is so now one of Bakura’s canonical character traits is that he writes letters to dead people. The antique shop story about the ring probably was supposed to be true when it was written but Takahashi decided to retcon it so now Bakura canonically just lies to everyone’s faces. Really great, genuinely love this kid he’s bizarre.
