just watched a ds9 episode with the most lopsided a and b-plot thus far. kira plays a key role in what’s almost an inciting incident in a civil war, changes the course of the election for head of the provisional government, and reveals that kai winn’s authoritarian tendencies go deeper than previously suspected. back on the station, o’brien is on a hot streak at the dart board.
