Process of Unknown Orbit✍️💙
I get asked often: what do you do if you make a mistake? In this piece I thought I masked the character fully but since this masking fluid is white I did not notice there was a streak in the character’s face that did not have masking fluid on! I only realised it after I removed the masking fluid 😩💦 What I did was: I first finished all the colors in the character fully, then mixed the same tone of the area with opaque paint and hid the mistake!! 😆💕 I do have times when I abandon paintings altogether but that is usually due to me realising that the composition is somehow dull or lacking something or I get bored with the subject matter. In this piece it was discouraging to make a mistake but I knew that I could fix it later on I just needed to keep on working on the piece💪
