THE BONANZA TRAYS I AM LOSING IT

That was a restaurant like Ponderosa that was open when I was a kid. Steakhouse and buffet kinda deal.

They either fused or were always the same thing and just marketing separately for some reason.

I used to get coupons/free meals etc for Ponderosa for perfect attendance at school, but Bonanza we visited on long trips.
