Osabu, editor to Sailor Moon manga author Naoko Takeuchi, posted this photo to Twitter to celebrate the birthday of Haruka Ten’ô/Sailor Uranus (January 27) at around 11pm. He also included this caption:
遅くなってごめんなさい!！今日はセーラーウラヌスこと天王はるかさんのお誕生日です。おめでとうございます。ちゃんと昼間にお祝いしました！じつは私は、宇宙乱気流が一番好きです。かっこいいですよね。
So sorry I’m late! Today is Sailor Uranus, or Haruka Ten'ô’s birthday. Happy Birthday. We made sure to celebrate properly during the day! To tell you the truth, I like “Space Turbulence”* best. Isn’t it cool?
* “Space Turbulence” is a manga-only attack used by Eternal Sailor Uranus in the Sailor Stars arc. The attack is written with the kanji 宇宙乱気流 (Uchuu “space” Rankiryuu “[air] turbulence”) but is pronounced スペース・タービュレンス (Supe-su Ta-byurensu, “Space Turbulence”).
