I’ve gotten better at not thinking my ideas are immediately bad or incorrect in the last year or so especially. My dad laid the foundation for that, because of course he did, but my ex really liked to rip into everything I loved. Now I’m getting comments on things like, “I’ve never seen anyone think about it like this! How has everyone else missed this angle! This is totally new, wow!”

And I’m mad at how much I much have pressed down over the years. Braver about just posting stuff I like, too. That started like 10 years ago with DS9, really took a huge leap with reSWAN and is staying strong with the various yugioh afflictions.

It’s nice to reflect on this kind of progress occasionally.
