Didn’t tell you guys that my new physical therapist is really interested in seeing how much pain i can endure and for how long hahaha
We are both like scientifically interested in where my breaking point is apparently.
He kept being like no for real can you actually do this and I was like absofuckinglutely. It will hurt like hell but you have to understand that I need to see 13 and I want to do cemetery stuff and I’ll sit here with my leg medically freaking out as long as I have to, you cannot scare me with pain any longer
He did tell me several things that are positive to hear at this juncture, like that at a certain point it will feel like I’m going backwards because the pain is going to increase in my back but will have decreased or gone away in my leg. And I really appreciate getting like a forecast, and additionally just terminology and reasons for things and why we might like to approach things in a certain way it’s
it’s good
He also said he had some ideas about the order that I should do things in based upon ideal muscle activation processes and I’m kind of excited for him to see how absolutely down I am for trying fucking anything. I’m excited to prove my dedication to this.
I’m approved through the first week of January, so let’s see what kind of dent we can make in my spinal mutiny 🦿
