I think one thought that helped me start to break through it is “Yeah, I could be doing those *responsible* things right now. But I’m not, am I? I’m just sitting here feeling ashamed of myself. So fuck it, I might as well do something I WANT to be doing right now!” It’s SKULMUST, treat yourself <3
