Do you guys have any nice true stories of back pain/ spine problem recovery?
I am, uh, weeping openly at my brand new job and could use something that tastes like hope.

Yes! I have a local friend who one day did (???) and her back just stopped working, lots of pain. Couldn’t walk more than a few blocks without pain and assistive devices. PT was helping but only a little, outlook grim… but she’s kept at it + followed her health plan and she can once again walk unaided and without pain. sneepysnaps said: I have a chronic back injury and whenever I exercise or do consistent pt (lots free online) my pain plummets through the floor
