Ordered groceries with instacart and my shopper left them at the wrong door

I can’t go downstairs to get them and carry them up the stairs and my brother is out of town and the shopper is not responding I don’t have the phone numbers of anyone who lives downstairs and I also don’t think they are home and I hate this

This is going to hurt an excruciating amount, this isn’t fair, I’ve already hurt so much today and I ordered this so I wouldn’t HAVE to hurt more
