I am repainting my She-Ra dolls in anticipation of the premiere of the final season this week! Today’s doll is Catra who I was really looking forward to. She borrowed a coat and of course I took some shots with my Adora.
I teased up her hair 80s style and added black in her ears and in the eyes of her mask a while ago, so the before picture isn’t exactly Factory, but it is where it counts, haha

Everytime I see Catra’s new costume, I look at her shoulder and think, “Oh, shit, Catra is loyal to the Diamonds now, and there’s a RED Diamond,” and then I realize I’ve accidentally slid into another colorful gay adventure with stones and I have to shift gears

Catra is tonight’s random painting subject! She was iffy at the beginning but this one really came together.
I never would have predicted that the last thing I painted in 2018 would have been a gay catgirl, so props to the She-Ra team for making that my surreal reality.
