This commission is a gift from tinsnip to cosmictuesdays inspired by a conversation they had about Deep Dish Nine Julian in some extremely loud pjs. Elim is still deeply fond of him, it turns out, horrific though the spectacle might be~
Here is a commission post, though I’ll be revising that info soon!
A commissioned watercolor painting of a bald elf lady.
Some dichromatic and iridescent paint was used that doesn’t scan and actually causes some of the colors to warp in the scanner, so I’ve included some photos to try to give an idea of where the areas of sparkle lie and the ways it can look different when held in real light. The particular type I used can look transparent, a bit pink, a bit green, like some gold glitter, or all of the above, so it was an excellent match for this image.
Customer got back to me, so I finished this while I was on this massive painting streak!
Older Nyssa of Traken from Doctor Who, a la Big Finish. A commission for auronlu!
First commission since I opened them up again! Very pleased~
Skittles and Ladybugs - a commissioned painting of my client’s daughter Gracie with her favorite things (lady bugs, pink, Skittles, butterflies, and her kitty) and using her mother’s camera. Commissioned for client’s wife (a photographer) as a birthday gift.
Just in case you wanted to know what I was working on in between meme posts!
Last commission was painting tinsnip ’s daughter as a super hero. Said kid chose the colors for each part of the costume and I had to make them into something workable.
Watercolor and some holographic stickers. :)
I would also like to thank hatepig for being my best friend and buying me things that make me cry with delight when I get them
In this super nerdy case a comission of my character, Kogi the Cardassian-Klingon hybrid, from Lady Yates (GO COMISSION HER IF HER STUFF IS OPEN OKAY H ER ART IS BEAUTIFUL AND OH MY GOD LIKE NO PICTURE CAN DO THIS JUSTICE) and
a mug by the amazing SJ Miller that makes my mother very confused when she finds it in the cupboard because why is there a weird crocodile man in my cupboard Agatha
Ahahah, I’ve never been called Lady Yates before, that is a new one
I am happy to see this did eventually make it to you and that you like it so much~~
(Anyone seeing this, I am not open for commissions currently, but probably during proper summer~)
