Painted my Fresh Dolls Indigo!
Painted my Fresh Dolls Indigo!
I spent this morning giving Ladybug new hands and carving some plastic from around her joints to let her move more after Cat Noir got the same treatment last night. Cat Noir also got the wrist guard-y glove bits on his wrists that balance out his boots nicely. He was looking lacking without them, so I found some leather scrap from my stash and hooked him up.
The original colors of their donor hands keep poking through on the joint, and I think I might try to take off more material at their elbows to get more movement, but I’m overall so much happier with them!
Repainted Rapunzel this afternoon! I’d love to paint more Disney dolls, this was enjoyable. I really hated the green in the whites of Rapunzel’s eyes and her uniform and evenly spaced freckles so it was time to help her out.
Wanted to take some pictures of this girl with Tuesday for some reason. I stole Johnny’s dress for her and I don’t think he’s getting it back. Now I feel like she’s got a personality rather than just being a project. Actually, she has too much personality for Tuesday, whose look is a little blank in comparison.
There are two more Tuesdays coming to my house (I may have to use some other days of the week), and then I’ll have to make some decisions. For now, she’s just gonna chill out as she is on the shelves.
Repainted Shibajuku Girls Yoko this afternoon!
These are the Monster High repaints I currently have for sale! I’d prefer to sell them through tumblr than to have to fuss with Etsy’s nonsense, thus this somewhat feelers-y post!
All the info (links to more photos, prices, etc) is under this read more so I can edit it without it getting lost in reblogs, so if you’re interested in these, this is the place to check!
If you want to look at my other dolls or perhaps see stray photos of these dolls, check this tag. Thanks for looking~!
Repainted my Poison Ivy Super Hero Girl doll! Just gotta get a Harley to go with her.
My repainted Jane Boolittle! This is only the second one I’ve done of my own collection and that’s so much more nerve wracking than a thrift store doll!
Repainted Lagoona from the thrift store!
Here’s my Mouscedes! I got her in a three pack because I wanted the other two dolls she came with, to be honest! I wasn’t very fond of her at all, so I decided she was going to be a great doll to try repainting! Now she’s one of my favorites!
Here’s how she looks from the factory, for those who don’t know:

That was a nice morning project, haha.
