Been wondering where the doll sized Sailor Moon duffle bag had gone. It’s a keychain I got when I was a kid. Still has the ring to attach it to your keys and the logo price tag. Both have been tucked away in the back for your viewing convenience.
This lady (1981 Happy Birthday Barbie) who survived her thrift cleaning ordeal even got to keep her Decision of a hairstyle after very careful smoothing and combing. Her eyes are wildly misprinted, that mark on her cheek doesn’t want to leave, and she needs a paint touch up on her bottom lip, but she’s so goofy looking with half an 80s bubble cut on her head that it has kind of swung around to being charming.

I think most of the grime did not photograph well, and so this doesn’t look as good in photos as it does in person. You certainly can’t tell how much better it FEELS.
I’m not normally a big case or house collector, but for five dollars and aggressively mod Francie, heck yeah.
Just thought it would be fun to have these two together.
you’d never really know I spent effort getting things on there but whatever. Moved some dolls to the front, moved others to the storage zone. I tried to make themed areas and then abandoned this about halfway through. It looks different now, so at least I’ve rolled a pumpkin around in my enclosure.

Big pile of reproduction Barbie, they were all ten fucking dollars. I de boxed all of them, haha. There’s actually one more and I forgot that I put her back in her box haha. But ten dollar Wild Bunch Francie, I was Losing It.
Also red haired Smasheroo! I already have the brunette one and I got this one assuming she would just be a duplicate but one that I like a lot and I know is pricey enough that I thought $10 hell yeah and then she was a redhead and it was a delightful surprise.
Fashion Photo PJ! (And Barbie.) A proper Francie hanging out there next to reproduction Francie, who has all of her stuff and with also chilling with a vintage outfit in her box. There are also a bunch of vintage outfit pieces but I don’t know how interesting they would be to photograph for anybody, but I think they’re great.
