I have half the scalp left on reroot I’m working on, and I probably could do it this evening, but…no.

Mine exploded, haha.  

The needle tore through the very close together hairline holes and left my nice stripes just falling out of her temple on one side.  Did some things to fix that, rooted a small line behind the hairline because I wanted bangs on a doll for once (????) and I happened to choose the one damn Jazzie who doesn’t have any for this task, and now she’s got simultaneously too much and too little hair.  So now I’m gonna have to go in an add some stuff to cover the holes behind the front hairline that wouldn’t have been nearly so obvious if the paint I’d put on her head when I started didn’t all rub off by the time I’d finished with the hair.   

The general vibe is intact, some things have been glued in her head, there’s metal through her face now for reasons and some measures will be taken tomorrow to see what the status is

it’s a good thing the vision I had for this was something a little chaotic, I guess

If you’re like me, it’s possible your brain is betraying you with imbalanced chemicals due to the monthly cycle that none of us want.

My brain is almost always lying to me, and the related monthly hormone surge making me try to kill myself is why I got an IUD installed in 2017👍

I am sewing Family Masks today–Husband wanted skeletons on his, but all my skleton cloth was too cutesy (and I didn’t have enough of the B&W eyeballs print he liked, so he went with “Fallout Vaultsuit Blue”)

Oh damn, eyeballs would have also been my choice.  He is a man of taste.

I have a lot of ‘spooky bitch hoards things at halloween’ fabric in my stash, but also just like simple black with spooky teeth on top appeals to me

I checked, and Wikipedia says this is a cover–the original is by a band called Subway to Sally. So now I wonder if the first version of the cover is more or less like the original, lyrically?

The copy I have of Eisblume’s is lyrically like Subway to Sally’s original, so maybe they made a different ending for this video?  I didn’t know it was a cover all this time, I just thought Eisblume had named themselves after one of their songs like The Birthday Massacre did.  [Insert The More You Know Gif Here] 

I feel the ending of the Eisblume version all over YouTube sounds like garbled Freutch in that last punch.  Some kinda German French hybrid or something.  But the audio quality is also kinda dodgy and my German is not good enough to pick everything in the different section up without looking at the words so I dunno.

My theory about ‘girl’ kid hair back then was that it was the first time it was acceptable for them to have hair that short, and it was *so* much easier to deal with than the long ringlets of the previous ‘girl’ kid hair so mothers everywhere enthusiastically cut it themselves…and each mom only ever figured out one way to cut it, so it always ended up the same.

but god the oreos with the dust of cinnamon heart candies in the cream was like a life changing experience for me, i wish i’d bought like 50 boxes and frozen them, i didn’t realize they wouldn’t be back for this valentine’s day and it is KILLING ME

Apple pulled Tumblr from the iOS store whatsis because too much porn, so Tumblr hacked together some algorithms to finally do something about the pornbots, but the algorithms are too literal and are shutting down real blogs on accident–they’ll restore the blogs if asked and say it was a glitch.

Oh, so ten-years-ago-LiveJournal-esque.  Okay.  Thanks!  It’s hard to Google, ‘What’s wrong with Tumblr this time?’, you know?
