It’s Amy’s birthday today~ The only possible image was rainbow hipster girl Lily - Amy’s character - and rainbow hipster vampire boyfriend, Rikai - my character. I wanted to do something pretty loose and swooshy and party time chalk-y, but I’m not sure I succeeded!

I drew this at work. That’s how I’m excusing the problems with it. It was fucking cold in there yesterday, so instead of some usual actual attempt at fashion, I drew Yo-Yo in a turtleneck.
Banshee got to go on a mini-adventure last night~ It was the first time she got to interact with people not solely in my own head! My friend and I doing the LOFP story together used her (and Miss Not Appearing in This Film Yo-Yo to some extent) as a plot device~
So here she is being irritated at magical incompetence in an elevator with one of the vampire twins, Reed. After physically leaping on Reed’s college study buddy Beriht and demanding a knife or scissors but settling for change in order to prevent Yo-Yo from blowing up their world, she demanded they go to the roof. They’re looking at Beriht here, who doesn’t have anything to do with magic, and definitely doesn’t know there are vampires around and is really irritated and wigged out about the whole thing.
He is even more so when they get to the roof and Banshee asks which of them will be giving her some blood to put on the change.
This is Yo-Yo.
As a teenager she developed intense feelings for a man who was actually a dark phoenix. She collected a few of the feathers from his wings to keep as mementos and eventually the combination of her inner magical ability, the magic in the feathers, and her obsession with him fused the feathers to her body. The feathers amplify her power - she uses one as a kind of wand to direct her energy - but they’re also slowly corrupting and taking over her. She’s started growing her own feathers.
I think she’ll be meeting Banshee someday.

Rikai, one of my vampire twins. the plan was to draw him with his brother Reed, but Reed was no cooperating, so we just have Rikai for now. I love doing watercolor in my sketchbook. It causes some problems, but mostly it is joy.

A before and after-ish art meme thing featuring Silvana - Eagle’s grandmother from the LOFP madness!
A little more of Eagle and Ping from the LOFP story-thing~ I have an unbeleivable number of drawings of these two, but they’re also filled with things that sort of spoil the rest of the story, so I haven’t haven’t been posting them.
The top is a collection of random Ping just doing what he does because he tends to just show up in my sketchbook.
Underneath is
Eagle being confronted by family friend Lumina about the degree of his attachment to Ping. Lumina is overly invested in the romantic lives (even falsely perceived ones) of everyone around her, to the detriment of anything of the sort for herself. Eagle is a little wary of her getting involved at all, for a variety of reasons.
Next to that is Ping and Eagle at Ping’s Aunt Georgia’s farm. Ping was asked to help her set up his world’s equivalent of the internet and Georgia told him to bring a friend. Since all Ping’s friends are online or older than him and very steadily employed, Ping brought the vampire living on his couch. They just don’t mention the vampire part to Georgia and Eagle stays away from her goats.
