I’m not really sure what a favourite is. My favourite character is the Doctor, whichever actor is playing them. MY Doctor was the second one, played by Patrick Troughton. William Hartnell was too scary and intimidating. All the others were, I understood, actors playing the Doctor. But Patrick Troughton was, for me aged 7-10, the Doctor. And still is.
