How would B5 have gone if Na’Toth had stayed

I mean every time G’Kar tried to do something unwise she would’ve said no

Like “Na’Toth I’m going to take this dangerous telepath drug that was not made for Narns” and then she headbutts him and takes the dust away

I love her so much, I knew that meant she was not to last long when I started the series. She was too wonderful to last, apparently.

But dang, Na’Toth is like G’Kar’s mom while she’s there. “No, don’t do this thing, this is the actual worst thing I’ve ever heard what the hell is wrong with you, who gave you this position.”
“I respect your space and your position, but all your shit is fucking ridiculous.”
“…I’ll come with you to throw this man into space, yeah, we’re cool on this one.”
“I’m taking your illegal space acid and locking you in your quarters to think about what you’ve done.”

“Will you stop fucking going back to Centauri Prime, how many actual times to they need to try to murder you before you realize it’s a spectacularly poor idea?”

My favorite part of her introduction is the way she’s so completely unsurprised that someone’s trying to kill him. You just know that she’s heard so much worse about him that this is tame. She’s been preparing to beat him up for weeks before she got here.

You can imagine him trying to sneak away from her, like in Chrysalis. “She’s out shopping, now is my chance to leave for Centauri Prime!”

RIght? LIke, ‘Ah, cool, my first day on the job, and it’s not anything serious, it’s just a murder plot, sweet.  I can beat the fuck out of him, show him who is the boss while letting him think it’s him, and things will go Quite Well.’

Every time Garibaldi sees G’Kar leave without Na’Toth, three days later G’Kar is returned to the station being steered through security with her at his back and he is just  >:{

It even happens on the station. She just starts following him everywhere, because he attracts problems.

It’s like a bodyguard chain. G’Kar protects Londo, she protects G’Kar. And then it stops there, because she protects herself too.

I’m now thinking, like, her and Vir sitting a few tables away from G’Kar and Londo at a restaurant, wearing suspicious hoods. They become a regular fixture there.

The problem with tonight is I want to draw absolutely every word of all the shit I am reblogging.

SUSPICIOUS HOODS <3 Na’Toth and Vir, though, god. Like at first she must be terrifying but they’re in this thing together and then they’re like Vir and Lennier got, all ‘Fucking BABY, I had to drag him out of his quarters drunk again and I STILL do not know what is going on at home, how am I going to work under these conditions, I - hold on, he’s about to do something stupid, that’s the ‘I have a fantastically bad idea’ face. Back me up.’

BODYGUARD CHAIN like a tiny RPG, they all just follow around single file, fuck they’d be the most adorable little pixel people

And then Londo is officially the universe’s most unsettling Centauri, people are like “Yeah, so that Mollari just has this small herd of Narn that follow him everywhere? So fucking creepy, what is he DOING?”

The answer being that while it’s a bodyguard chain from Na’Toth up, it’s a bickering chain from Londo down.

Rumors begin to fly about G’Kar starting a second cult, this one revolving around Londo instead of himself (it’s a lot less popular)

It starts getting really bad because Ta’Lon starts doing it out of concern, too

It becomes this whole almost scandal where everyone’s trying to question them all on it but they deny everything.

Delenn eventually tries to stop it but she’s unsuccessful because they all refuse to stop following each other.

Delenn’s cries fall on deaf ears, they’re all just this echoing feedback loop of “WHERE THEY GO, I GO”

People begin tailing them because they want to know what magical thing G'Kar will do next and see the value in this rumored Mollari Cult, and the more he and Na'Toth protest, the more people are sure Something is Up.

Eventually it’s just like every significant Narn on the station is within several yards of Londo Mollari or at least in the same room at any given point in time because EVERYONE there is SERIOUSLY CONCERNED about someone else.

Londo takes them all on long walks through really shady areas just to see how many will still come with him.   Na'Toth is on hand to swat people’s hands when they get grabby or anyone thinks they have a good idea, Vir considers that no one on Centauri Prime has contacted Londo in a REALLY long time and becomes kind of panicky.    Kind of more panicky.

The news shows up,  now it’s a special interest story.  "The war is clearly over, look at how this swarm of Narn love this loud Centauri noble!“

All the attempts at writing holy books about perilous quests for the next twenty years start with, "It began when I was among the followers of ____, follower of ____, follower of… … …. follower of Na'Toth, bodyguard of the Holy G'Kar, bodyguard of the Centauri Londo Mollari.”
