Have considered and have done on a few occasions! Most of them end up sort of rendered invisible or looking like shading thanks to my layers, but he’s got some purple going on in this iscribble doodle:

But, to be correct about the whole thing, they’d be Otaku Mascots rather than shimeiji, which is just like the late 90s/early 2000s version of the same kind of concept. Which, considering the dates the show was made, it’s vaguely appropriate. They’re not as advanced, from my understanding, and you can’t have them running rampant on your screen. They just sit where they’re put, do their idle animations for forever, and usually have options for being clicked on.
I use this program frankly just because I know how and I don’t do this often enough to justify the time sink to learn a whole new system. So it’s a little clunkier, but it is charming as hell.
The ones I’ve made already are linked in my sidebar, but here is the link as well, because I’m nice. They’re all Garak and Bashir flavored, but it gives you an idea.

Assuming Centauri are being vaguely gentlemanly when they try to kill each other, is there a bunch of stuff that changes because the anatomy is different? Are we talking about Centauri? We had better be, I feel like it is the only reason you would be blaming this on me.
Like, is it considered not cool to stab someone in the crotch in fencing? Normal human fencing, that is. Is that a low blow and/or inelegant cheating? Because with Centauri you have that problem multiplied by six and relocated sort of really inconveniently for flailing sharp blades at each other.
This possibly explains 'lift him up and throw him’, I guess.

I’m also super into the idea of G'Kar trying to teach Londo to speak Narn and just laughing his way through the whole thing listening to Londo’s super fancy Centauri accent mangle his way through Narn pronouns and like, colors.
